The Internal Rules are designed to regulate relations, ensure the well-being of Clients and avoid unpleasant misunderstandings, injuries and losses:

1. Krasta īpašums SIA, unified registration No. 40003739801, legal address: Krasta iela 79, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia, telephone: +371 29493777, e-mail info@krastapirts.lv (hereinafter - the Complex), provides the Client with the booking of a guest house or sauna complex (hereinafter - the Services).

2. Check in to the Complex is possible from 15:00. Check-out time, regardless of the check-in time, is until 12:00. Early check-in is only possible with prior consent with the Complex. Longer stays are subject to an extra charge.

3. The equipment (towels, glasses, TV remote control, etc.) available in the Complex is not for takeaway. They are the property of the Complex.

4. Smoking is not allowed inside the Complex areas; in case of violation of the rules, the Complex has the right to impose a penalty of 150,- EUR.

​

5. The use of intoxicating substances is prohibited in the Complex; in case of violation of the rules, the Complex has the right to impose a penalty of 150,- EUR.

​

6. The Complex is not responsible for objects and personal belongings left unattended on the premises and/or in the grounds of the Complex.

​

7. It is forbidden to make noise after 23:00 and to disturb other clients of the Complex. To behave aggressively, inappropriately, loudly, harass or otherwise disturb other clients and staff. Otherwise, security guards or police will be called.

​

8. The staff of the Complex has the right to refuse to serve clients who are under the influence of intoxication or whose behaviour is offensive. In the above case, the money for the booked and paid services will not be refunded.

9. It is forbidden to damage or treat in a ruthless manner the equipment, facilities and premises of the Complex. The Complex shall calculate and withhold payment for damages caused by the fault of the client according to the amount of the damage.

10. The burning of candles (and the leaving of burning candles unattended) is prohibited without prior approval. It is forbidden to bring or store inflammable objects and substances in the Complex.

​

11. Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or authorised person.

​

12. The Complex shall not be liable for any damage, loss, accident or other injury caused by the Client's negligence, lack of due care, carelessness or failure to comply with these Internal Rules, including failure to follow the instructions of service personnel.

13. If the Client's belongings are found, the Complex is obliged to inform the owner of the belongings, if known. The found items are stored at the Complex for three months, after which they are disposed of.

​

14. The Client's personal data shall be processed in accordance with applicable law, including the Data Regulation. More detailed information on data processing can be found in the Complex's Privacy Policy, on the website: www.krastapirts.lv.

​

15.Video surveillance is carried out in the territory of the Complex in order to protect the property of the Complex and property of third parties located in the premises and/or territory of the Complex, to ensure the safety of persons, to prevent possible offences, to record the fact of a crime, to identify a possible offender (ensuring the legality of evidence).

16.In case of illness, allergies and other important factors that may affect your stay in the Complex, please inform the Complex staff before providing the Service.
